Your Digital Copy activation code can be found in qualifying DVD and Blu-ray cases. The Digital Copy code is the same code as the Disney Movie Rewards Magic Code.
If you already used your code at Disney Movie Rewards and no longer have the code sheet, the code is recorded in your account and can be accessed at any time.
Please sign in to Disney Movie Rewards and click on the "My DMR" tab. In the "Points Earned" section, it should list all of your redeemed codes. Please use those codes to download the Digital Copy.
If the code you entered is coming up "Invalid", please check to make sure you are entering the correct characters. As some letters and numbers look similar, please be sure the code is being entered correctly. For example: B vs. 8, I vs. 1, W vs. VV, S vs. 5, 0 vs. O.
If you need a replacement activation code for your Disney Digital Copy, you may request a one-time replacement code. Please submit your request via our Contact Us page. When contacting us, be sure to include the following information:
- The 6-digit stock number that is listed on the base of the spine of your DVD or Blu-ray package. This number will start in either a 0 or a 1.
- The disc artwork number from your DVD or Blu-ray. Look at the printed label side of your disc, the disc artwork number is found at the very end and is 5-7 digits in length.
- The UPC number located under the barcode on your DVD or Blu-ray package.
- If your code was invalid, provide your invalid code.
