Your Digital Copy activation code can be found in qualifying DVD and Blu-ray cases. The Digital Copy code is the same code as the Disney Movie Rewards Magic Code.
If you already used your code at Disney Movie Rewards and no longer have the code sheet, the code is recorded in your account and can be accessed at any time.
Please sign in to Disney Movie Rewards and click on the "My DMR" tab. In the "Points Earned" section, it should list all of your redeemed codes. Please use those codes to download the Digital Copy.
If you need a replacement activation code for your Disney Digital Copy, you may request a one-time replacement code. Please submit your request via our Contact Us page. When contacting us, be sure to include if you plan to use iTunes or Windows Media Player and also the 6 digit stock number from your set. This number is located at the base of the spine of your DVD or Blu-ray case and begins with the number 1. Including the format and stock number will allow us to quickly assist you!
