What can I do if I’m having trouble printing or using one of your online coupons?

If you are unable to print one of our online coupons, please check out the coupon troubleshooting guide here or try one of the tips given below:
- Coupon Printer Software
To print online coupons from Disney, you will need to install the Coupon Printer Software. If you have not already done so, installation instructions will appear after you click the "Print Coupons" button.
If you have already installed the coupon printer and are now being asked to re-install the Coupon Printer or the coupon printer is not recognized, your Internet Explorer ActiveX control or Coupon Printer may have been disabled. Please click here to find the steps required to successfully re-enable these controls.
Note: If you are printing from a library, workplace, or other public computer, you may need to contact the system administrator for permission to install the coupon printing software.
- Printer Turned On and Ready to Print
Make sure your printer is connected, turned on, loaded with paper and ready to print. Our coupons must be printed on paper; they cannot be printed to fax machines or graphical formats like PDFs.
- Participating Retailers
To find out if your favorite online or local retailer will accept your coupon, please contact the retailer and ask about its coupon redemption policies. If your favorite retailer will not accept your coupon, please click here to contact our coupon partner, and their staff will reach out to educate the retailer about online coupons. You may also want to contact the retailer’s guest service department to let them know you want to use online coupons at their store.
