How do I retrieve my Digital Soundtrack download from Disney Movie Rewards?

After you unlock and purchase a Digital Soundtrack, you can download it from the Unlocked Offers section of the Disney Movie Rewards website. To retrieve your soundtrack, click on the "Trophy" icon while logged into the Disney Movie Rewards website, locate your Digital Soundtrack offer and click "Redeem Now". On the next screen, click on the blue link underneath "Click to start your download."

How do I load my Digital Soundtrack into Windows Media Player or iTunes on my computer?

Once you have downloaded the Digital Soundtrack to your computer, you will need to extract the music files contained within the .ZIP file in order to access the music. To do this on a Windows computer, right-click on your downloaded .ZIP file, select the "Extract All" option, and then follow the on-screen instructions.

On a Macintosh computer, double click the .ZIP file to activate the Archive Utility and unzip all of the files.

What can I do if my Digital Soundtrack download is invalid or interrupted?
If your Digital Soundtrack download is invalid or interrupted, you can re-download it from the Disney Movie Rewards website. Please click here for additional information about downloading Digital Soundtracks from Disney Movie Rewards.
What can I do if I don't remember my password?
If you have forgotten your password, please visit the Password Reset Page and follow the on-screen instructions.
When I try to register, why does it say I already have an account?
You may have already created an account on another Disney affiliated website such as ABC, ESPN or Disney Experience. That username and password can also be used for Disney Movie Rewards.
How do I get Disney Movie Rewards points for a Disney movie I saw at the theater?
It's easy to earn points for Disney movies you enjoy at the movie theater! Simply save your ticket stubs* and visit the "Redeem Movie Tickets" page to upload a picture of your ticket stubs and create your submission request.

Do all Disney movies in theaters qualify for Disney Movie Rewards Points?

Not all Disney movies in theaters are eligible. To view the theatrical releases that qualify for Disney Movie Rewards Points, click Eligible Titles.

Where can I find the coupons or other special offers I've earned at Disney Movie Rewards?
If you've earned a coupon, movie ticket, or other special offer, a banner should appear when you first become eligible for the offer (e.g. by entering the Magic Code or UPC from a qualifying title). Simply click on the banner and follow the instructions that appear to receive your offer.

If the banner does not appear, you can find the offer in the MY DMR section of our website. In this MY DMR section, click on the Unlocked Offers tab and look for the offer you would like to use. Click on the "Redeem" button located to the right of the offer and follow the instructions that appear.

How do I know the order status of my Reward?
After you redeem a Reward, you will receive an email confirming your redemption. If it is a physical Reward, you will also receive an email once it has been shipped. If it's a digital Reward, an email will be sent to the email address we have on record with instructions on how to retrieve the Reward.
What can I do if the Disney Movie Rewards Magic Code Sheet is missing from my movie?
If your eligible Disney Blu-ray or DVD title did not include a magic code sheet, you can request your points by visiting our website and submitting a missing magic code request. Please click here to see if your title is eligible for points, and to submit your request.
What can I do if my Disney Movie Rewards points are missing?
If points are missing from your Disney Movie Rewards account, don't worry -- it may be that you're seeing the balance from a duplicate account. Members sometimes create additional registrations on Disney.com when they forget their passwords or login information. As a result, a Disney Movie Rewards account may be linking to a previously created registration. If you find an error with your points balance, simply click on the words "These Aren't My Points!" directly below the "My Points" display on your DMR homepage. After clicking this link, you'll receive an email with a link to the "Manage Account Status" page. There you will see a complete list of Disney Online accounts associated with your email address and instructions on how to select your primary account. On this page, please select the account that matches your Disney Movie Rewards login. This will become your primary Disney Online account as well as your Disney Movie Rewards account.
Why do I receive a message that my account is frozen when I try to log in?

If you receive a notification that your account is "frozen", please try signing in to Disney Movie Rewards with your member name and password. Your member name is a unique identifier for your account, and may be different from your e-mail address.

To retrieve your member name or manage your Disney Online accounts please visit the member name recovery page.

To reset your password, please visit the password reset page.

Enthusiastic Disney Movie Rewards fans will often post expired bonus codes on Facebook, Twitter, blogs, and other websites. Be careful; many of these codes have expired, and will register as invalid on your Disney Movie Rewards account. If you enter multiple invalid codes, your account may be temporarily frozen and you will not have access to it.

How can I earn Disney Movie Rewards Bonus Points?
In addition to receiving points for eligible Blu-ray, DVD and CD titles, you can also earn bonus points by uploading ticket stubs from eligible Disney movies you see in theaters, or by taking part in one of our special promotions. To receive information about bonus point opportunities, please check the Disney Movie Rewards website on a regular basis. And remember to read your DMR emails and newsletters for future "email only" offers!
Why did my Blu-ray or DVD not include a Disney Movie Rewards Magic Code?

Only select Disney Blu-rays and DVDs will contain a Code that can be redeemed for Disney Movie Rewards Points. Please view the Eligible Titles page to see which are eligible.

However, if you feel this is an error, please visit the Missing Codes Page and follow the process shown.

If I buy more than one copy of the same title, can I enter the Magic Code from each purchase?
For each title, you may enter the Magic Code only once for each format (i.e. Blu-ray and DVD). However, if you buy the same title in different formats (i.e. Blu-ray and DVD), you may enter the Magic Code from each format.
How many Codes may I enter at one time?
You may enter up to 40 eligible Codes in a 24-hour period.
How do I earn Disney Movie Rewards Points for Disney CDs?

When you have purchased an eligible Disney CD, go to the Earn Points with Disney CDs page. Select the title of your CD from the choices on the screen and insert the CD into your computer. Once your computer recognizes it as eligible, Points will be automatically credited to your Account. You will need to be logged in at DisneyMovieRewards.com to complete this process.

What if I lost or never received my ticket stub at the theater?
We require a photo of actual movie ticket stubs submitted via our Website as proof, and cannot award Points unless these are included with your submission.
How do I find the rewards I want?
To browse through the entire Rewards catalog, click Rewards.
How are Rewards shipped?
Generally, Rewards will be sent via the US Postal Service or Canada Post. However, some items may be shipped via UPS. Rewards can be delivered to street addresses only; we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
When can I expect to receive my Reward?

Physical Rewards will be shipped within 2-4 weeks from redemption. Instructions on how to receive a digital Reward should arrive in your email inbox within 72 hours of redemption. Click Here to contact us if you have still not received your Reward within these timeframes.

How do I unlock a title-specific Special Offer?
To unlock a title-specific Special Offer, log into your Account and enter the Magic Code from that qualifying title.
Can I combine Points with other Enrollees' Accounts?
No, you may not combine Points with other Enrollees' Accounts or transfer them from one Enrollees' Account to another.
