| Why is iTunes showing a grey screen instead of my Digital Copy? |
|
If you are getting a grey screen or no video within iTunes, you may need to re-authorize your iTunes account. To do so, please follow the steps below:
1. In the iTunes window, go to the "Store" menu at the top of the screen and click "Deauthorize Computer". Input your iTunes Store account information and click "Deauthorize". A message should appear saying the computer has been Deauthorized. Click "Ok" in that window to close the message.
2. Close the iTunes program
3. Re-open the iTunes program.
4. In the iTunes window, go to the "Store" menu at the top of the screen and click "Authorize Computer". Input your iTunes Store account information and click "Authorize". A message should appear saying the computer has been Authorized. Click "Ok" in that window to close the message.
5. Try playing the Digital Copy file again. The file should now play without issue.
Once you have confirmed the Digital Copy to play in iTunes, you can then transfer or re-transfer the file to your iPod.

Therefore, if you delete your movie from your computer and attempt a second transfer, the unique code will not work. Disney strongly recommends backing up your files to avoid losing your DisneyFile Digital Copy.
