Are your points missing? If you were unable to log in to your account for 210 consecutive days, your points may have expired. Please contact us so that we may provide a magical resolution!
For any issues you may be experiencing due to multiple Disney Movie Rewards accounts, please call us at 866-246-8646 and a cast member will gladly assist you.

Your Digital Copy activation code can be found in qualifying DVD and Blu-ray cases. The Digital Copy code is the same code as the Disney Movie Rewards Magic Code.

If you already used your code at Disney Movie Rewards and no longer have the code sheet, the code is recorded in your account and can be accessed at any time.

Please sign in to Disney Movie Rewards and click on the "My DMR" tab. In the "Points Earned" section, it should list all of your redeemed codes. Please use those codes to download the Digital Copy.

If the code you entered is coming up Invalid, please check to make sure you are entering the correct characters.  As some letters and numbers look similar, please be sure the code is being entered correctly. For example: B vs. 8, I vs. 1, W vs. VV, S vs. 5, 0 vs. O.

If you need a replacement activation code for your Disney Digital Copy, you may request a one-time replacement code. Please submit your request via our Contact Us page.

When contacting us, be sure to include the following information:

- The 6-digit stock number that is listed on the base of the spine of your DVD or Blu-ray package. This number will start in either a 0 or a 1.

- The disc artwork number from your DVD or Blu-ray. Look at the printed label side of your disc, the disc artwork number is found at the very end and is 5-7 digits in length.

- The UPC number located under the barcode on your DVD or Blu-ray package.

If you have forgotten your password, please visit the Password Reset Page and follow the on-screen instructions.
Digital Copies are only included in Blu-ray and DVD sets that have “Digital Copy” included in the format information at the top of the movie package. Unfortunately, non-Digital Copy sets cannot be upgraded to include one.
If you're having trouble playing one of our DVDs, the issue may be resolved with the following troubleshooting tips. If these tips do not resolve your issue, please contact us and we will be happy to provide further assistance.

To Clean Your Disc:
To clean your disc, turn it over so that the shiny side is facing up and gently wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth. Please wipe the disc only in a straight line from the inner hub to the outer edge of the disc. Do not rub the disc in a circular direction, as this may damage the disc. If further cleaning is needed, take the disc and rinse it off under warm running water, then use a mild hand soap or dish soap and carefully wash the disc using just your fingertips. When completed, rinse the disc and dry it using a soft clean cloth, again being careful to dry the disc in a straight line from the inner hub to the outer edge of the disc. Place the clean, dry disc in your player to see if this process has corrected your disc playback issues.

To Reset Your Player:
Some playback issues may be resolved by resetting your player. To perform a player reset, please follow these steps:

- Remove all discs from the player and turn it off.

- Once the player is turned off, unplug it from the power source. No other cables need to be removed from the player or from other components of your home entertainment system.

- Wait five to ten minutes to ensure that your player has reset, and then plug it back into the power source. After the player is plugged in, turn it on as you normally would, put the disc back into the player and see if it will load.

Manufacturers may update their Blu-ray player's firmware in order to add new functionality and correct known playback issues.

These issues may include:

Discs fail to load

The previews and menu play properly, but the feature movie does not begin

Audio issues during the feature movie only, including static, sync issues, or no sound at all

For optimal performance, we recommend you visit the Official Blu-ray Website on a regular basis to check for available updates. For further information about a specific player, please click on one of the major Blu-ray player manufacturers links below.
