1. In the iTunes window, go to the "Store" menu at the top of the screen and click "Deauthorize Computer". Input your iTunes Store account information and click "Deauthorize". A message should appear saying the computer has been Deauthorized. Click "Ok" in that window to close the message.
2. Close the iTunes program
3. Re-open the iTunes program.
4. In the iTunes window, go to the "Store" menu at the top of the screen and click "Authorize Computer". Input your iTunes Store account information and click "Authorize". A message should appear saying the computer has been Authorized. Click "Ok" in that window to close the message.
5. Try playing the Digital Copy file again. The file should now play without issue.
Once you have confirmed the Digital Copy to play in iTunes, you can then transfer or re-transfer the file to your iPod.
Disney Digital Copy is the Disney-branded Digital Copy experience, which enables buyers of DVD and Blu-ray to receive the standard definition digital version of the movie in their choice of iTunes or Windows Media formats. The Disney Digital Copy is located on a stand-alone disc and is Mac & PC compatible.
Disney Digital Copy works as follows:
-Insert Disney Digital Copy disc into Mac or PC computers
-Follow on-screen instructions
-Select iTunes or Windows Media format (Mac computers are iTunes only)
-Enter unique activation code from insert & redeem Disney Digital Copy
-Watch the movie on your computer and/or transfer the movie file to iTunes or Windows Media compatible devices.

- Visit Microsoft’s Security Component Upgradewebsite and click on the "Upgrade" button.
- If the "Upgrade" button is not clickable, please follow the steps listed below:
- Windows XP Users:Click the yellow ActiveX control bar found at the top of the Web page to run ActiveX controls, and then click on the "Upgrade" button, which should now be clickable.
- Windows Vista or 7 Users: At the top of the web page, navigate to Tools\Internet Options\Security Tab, and uncheck the box next to "Enable Protected Mode". Click "Apply", and then click "Okay". Finally, refresh your browser by pressing F5 on your keyboard, and then click on the "Upgrade" button, which should now be clickable.
- Windows XP Users:Click the yellow ActiveX control bar found at the top of the Web page to run ActiveX controls, and then click on the "Upgrade" button, which should now be clickable.
- When the security component upgrade is complete, restart your computer.
- When the computer has finished restarting, re-insert the Digital Copy disc and follow all on-screen instructions.
