Why am I unable to download my HD Digital Copy through iTunes on my PC?

High Definition Digital Copies cannot be downloaded to iTunes on a computer running the Windows Vista or XP operating systems.  In order to download your Digital Copy to your iTunes account, you will need to redeem the code directly on your portable device (iPad, iTouch, iPhone).  

Please follow these steps to add your Digital Copy to your iTunes account: 

1. Visit www.RedeemDigitalMovie.com on your portable device

2. Enter the Digital Copy activation code found on the insert inside your Digital Copy product

3. Select the "iTunes" button from the list of participating providers

4. Click "Continue" to open iTunes and log in

5. Click "Redeem" and your download will begin automatically to your portable device

Your Digital Copy will now be available in your iTunes account via the iCloud.

To download the Digital Copy to your computer, follow the steps given below:

1. Open iTunes on your computer

2. Go to the iTunes Store

3. Select "Purchased" under "Quick Links"

4. Select "Movies"

5. Uncheck the box "Download HD When Available" (this box is located in the lower right-hand corner)

6. Locate your Digital Copy and select the "Cloud" icon to begin your download

When contacting us, be sure to include the following information:

- The 6-digit stock number that is listed on the base of the spine of your DVD or Blu-ray package. This number will start in either a 0 or a 1.

- The disc artwork number from your DVD or Blu-ray. Look at the printed label side of your disc, the disc artwork number is found at the very end and is 5-7 digits in length.

- The UPC number located under the barcode on your DVD or Blu-ray package.
